Bio

I am Samuel Knolton, Jr. I went to University of Kentucky Community College majoring in Criminal Justice. I also attended Austin Peay with a Bachelor of Science, then Nashville School of Law obtaining my Juris Doctor in 2009.

I retired from the Police Department in Clarksville, TN and the current TN State Secretary of the Fraternal Order of Police. As a member of the Fatal Accident Crash Team, and Crime Scene Unit for more than ten year, I investigated traffic fatalities and severe injury crashes for a number of years and taught Traffic Homicide Investigation and crime scene investigations at the Tennessee Law Enforcement Academy as well. After retiring I was hired as a Special Assistant United States Attorney/Assistant District Attorney General for prosecution of Gang and Gun cases under Project Safe Neighborhoods, in Clarksville.

My education and accomplishments in Law have led to my vast understanding of the court systems coupled with my passion to help families in some of their most difficult times led me to focus my expertise on Family Law of which I have concentrated on for the past eight years. This includes but is not limited to, Juvenile cases involving DCS, Custody, Contested and Uncontested Divorces, as well as rule 31 mediation.

I have been married for 42 plus years to Pam Knolton. We have three wonderful children, Heather in Texas, Leslie and Scott in Clarksville, plus four grandchildren in Texas along with two in Clarksville!
