Mr. Hilliard graduated magna cum laude undergraduate from Tennessee Technological University in 2017 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Political Science and a minor in Speech Communication. He is a graduate of the University of Tennessee College of Law in 2021 where he participated in family law litigation in the Advocacy Clinic in addition to interning with the Federal Defender’s office. He is currently licensed to practice law in all state courts in Tennessee and is also a member of the of the Tennessee Bar Association and the Clarksville Bar Association.
Mr. Hilliard’s practice areas include Family law issues such as Divorce, Child Custody, Child Support, Father’s Rights, Paternity determinations, and Grandparent’s Rights. Mr. Hilliard also handles Family Law appellate actions for existing clients.
Mr. Hilliard is a native of Middle Tennessee and feels passionate about his work in the Family Law field. His childhood involvement in the Family Law system inspired him to zealously advocate for families in ways that he was not advocated for when he was a child. He is also a lover of all animals, but specifically his 17-year old cat Bailey (please ask him about Bailey and he will gladly show you a picture).
